The exhibition presented a comprehensive overview of what is driving the confectionery industry today - from production machinery and equipment, confectionery and ice cream shop equipment and refrigeration systems to ingredients, semi-finished products, packaging and IT solutions. Exhibitors included SIEK, BWA Wojciech Topolski, VOLTAPACK, Liron, Inplus, KADZAMA Manufacture, Melody, Crazy Bubble, Fruity Euphoria, Silikonforms, Gastrovend.pl, Pistacchio Brontese, Fwip and Młyn Łęczyca. The trade fair provided an opportunity to see solutions in action, compare suppliers' offers and discuss their potential applications in business directly with industry representatives.

Warsaw Sweet Tech was about much more than exhibition stands. Gelato Jam Session, ``Słodka Sztuka na Scenie``, tastings, training sessions and pastry demonstrations offered participants the opportunity to observe professional techniques, discover new products and explore the trends set to shape the industry. The substantive programme of the event was co-created by, among others, Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Szefów Kuchni i Cukierni, Sempre Warsaw Academy of Pastry Arts, Krajowa Rada Gastronomii i Cateringu, Cech Rzemiosł Spożywczych w Warszawie and Polskie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze. Jacek Czauderna and Robert Zimnoch also appeared on stage. The event also featured the Excellence Award Trade Fair Medal ceremony. Which companies and solutions received special recognition?
