
Sweet Tech 2025: the largest trade fair for the confectionery, ice cream, café, and bakery industries once again brought together professionals in Warsaw.
Artisanal ice cream, confectionery products, innovative bakery solutions, flavors and additives for the food industry, as well as modern machines and technologies for cafés – these were the main themes that defined the scope of Sweet Tech 2025, Poland’s largest trade fair dedicated to the confectionery, ice cream, and bakery industries. The third edition of the event took place on September 9-11, 2025, and recorded a clear increase in interest. The fair was attended by 6516 professionals – nearly 33 % more than the previous year!

Sweet Tech 2025 integrated the confectionery, ice cream, bakery, and coffee sectors in Poland. Participants were able to grow their businesses thanks to:
- cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers of modern machines, raw materials, and technologies,
- expanding their network with industry experts and specialists,
- discovering innovative products and inspirations supporting business development,
- promoting their company in the trade media present at the fair.

Summary of the main conferences at Sweet Tech 2025
The agenda of Sweet Tech 2025 was filled with expert events that attracted specialists from all over Poland. The meetings combined practical knowledge, inspiring lectures, and workshops aimed at developing key competencies for the confectionery, ice cream, bakery, and coffee industries.
Participants could attend the “Project Future” conference, organized by the Fitmentor Foundation, where experts outlined new directions for industry development and innovative approaches to building competitiveness.
On the second day, the “Coffee, Ice Cream, and Sweet Inspirations” conference, organized by IN Plus, took place, focusing on current trends, new technologies, and ways to attract customers through creative product offerings.
There were also spectacular shows and tastings as part of “Sweet Art on Stage,” proving that confectionery is not only a craft but also a form of artistic expression.
Sweet Tech 2025 was further enriched by presentations on the Sempre Flavor Stage, the coffee journey “Tales of Italy” prepared by Lavazza, and the lecture “How a Product with a Story and Social Media Can Transform Your Business,” organized by Candy World.
The program also included thematic lectures dedicated to confectionery and the food industry, covering topics such as flavors, production processes, and effective promotional strategies.
