Robert Przespolewski
He is a manager with a versatile professional profile, combining expertise in strategic management, financial engineering, auditing, innovative technologies, and project implementation. Over the years, he has been associated with government administration and key entities of the Polish economy. He has extensive experience in the area of structural funds, participated in work on Polish government strategies and national and EU legislation, as well as international agreements. He successfully combines the public and private sectors by serving on the supervisory boards of companies from various sectors of the economy, including the agri-food, financial, and technology sectors.
He currently serves as Director of the Cech Rzemiosł Spożywczych – an institution with a tradition spanning more than a thousand years, continuing the heritage of Polish craftsmanship. He is also involved in social activities within professional and social associations at both national and international level, including the Parliament of European Entrepreneurs and Eurochambres. He shares his extensive professional experience as a lecturer and trainer in project management, European funds, and the applications of AI and AGI in industry and other areas of the economy.
Iwona Jaroszewicz
Media producer
Media producer and format creator with 25 years of experience at the intersection of media and gastronomy. She began her career in marketing in the publishing industry, including work for the magazine “Moje Gotowanie”, and quickly brought gastronomy directly to the public. She is the originator of legendary initiatives such as “Wielkie Gotowanie” – travelling culinary events serving hundreds of thousands of portions – as well as pioneering workshops with chefs from leading Polish restaurants.
For two decades, she created and produced nationwide culinary programmes and hit television formats, including “Sanatorium Miłości”, “Bitwa o Dom”, “Dom Marzeń” and “Shopping Queen”, for TVP, TVN and Polsat. She secured more than PLN 40 million in commercial financing and has worked for years with global television industry giants, including Warner Bros, Sony and Paramount. Today, she combines her unique experience in the culinary arts and international media distribution to promote Polish flavours around the world.
Jacek Czauderna

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, with an MBA from the University of Bradford and London Management School.
A hands-on business professional with more than 30 years of experience in the FMCG and hospitality sectors, gained at leading corporations including Żywiec and Nestlé. For over 15 years, he has been mentoring entrepreneurs through his own hospitality ventures, including restaurant ownership and the distribution of coffee, coffee machines, and tea for the HoReCa sector. He is also the creator of advisory and development programs for restaurant owners, managers, and executive chefs operating in the professional hospitality industry.
Above all, he is an innovator of profitable business solutions for the hospitality sector and operational performance management. He is the author of the book I Opened a Restaurant – Practical Stories from the Hospitality Industry.
An active advocate for the SME sector, his professional career has progressed from sales representative to corporate board member, and ultimately to entrepreneur and brand owner. He founded and developed the restaurant chains The Legendary Jacks Bar & Restaurant (Warsaw and Gdańsk) and The Legendary Żywiec Pub & Restaurant (in cooperation with the Żywiec Group). He is also the founder of the ICED COFFEE, BUBBLE TEA, and PROFITMANAGER.pl brands. For many years, he has worked as an independent entrepreneur, business trainer, consultant, and operator of both national and international hospitality industry events.
He leads business projects involving the launch of new hospitality venues and provides implementation programs for restaurant owners and managers focused on increasing profitability, managing both independent and chain restaurants, implementing systematic operational solutions, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and optimizing business performance across the hospitality and foodservice distribution sectors.
A committed advocate for the food, agriculture, and hospitality industries, his key professional achievements include:
2008–2024 – Official distributor of Jacobs and Piazza D'Oro coffee brands for JDE (Jacobs Douwe Egberts) through Cafitesse Poland.
2010–2014 – Foodservice operator for football stadiums including Legia Warsaw, Lechia Gdańsk, Cracovia Kraków, Jagiellonia Białystok, and Korona Kielce.
2011 – Founder and creator of The Legendary Jacks Bar & Restaurant chain.
2012 – Official UEFA EURO 2012 hospitality operator responsible for all catering zones at the football stadiums in Poznań, Gdańsk, and Wrocław during the UEFA European Championship Poland–Ukraine, serving more than 550,000 spectators (references available upon request).

For over a decade, he has been involved in the professional food service equipment and healthy eating market. He is developing the Kuvings brand in Poland, whose products have already received the Golden Consumer Laurel Award 11 times. Domowe Sanatorium is also the exclusive importer and distributor of the Blendtec brand in Poland – one of the most recognizable brands of professional blenders used in the food service industry.
He specializes in the practical application of professional equipment and in developing fresh vegetable and fruit-and-vegetable juice offerings for the food service industry and other HoReCa concepts. During Sweet Expo, he will present the professional, automatic Kuvings CS800 model and show how fresh juices can become an attractive and profitable part of a venue’s offer.

Entrepreneur and food technologist, involved in the gastronomy and catering industry since 1976. Co-creator of several brands – ABC Kuchni, 3 Kolory, Agmart, as well as the gastronomy projects “NOVE”, “Kolekcja Smaków” and “JOY Natural Ice Cream”. For many years, he has promoted a culture of healthy eating by organizing thematic events in this field. He is also a representative of several organizations representing entrepreneurs, Vice President of the Ogólnopolski Cech Rzeźników – Wędliniarzy – Kucharzy, and Regional Director of the Wielkopolska Izba Gospodarcza Gastronomii Polskiej.
Juliusz Erazm Bolek

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Instytut Biznesu, an expert in management, promotion and business communication. A graduate of the Uniwersytet Warszawski and the Polska Akademia Nauk, he has been actively involved in social, interpersonal and business communication for more than 25 years. He holds a prestigious certificate awarded by the Polski Instytut Dyrektorów “in recognition of an attitude and activities distinguished by the highest standards of Corporate Governance and ethical values in business”. In 2017, he received the “Finansista Roku” distinction.
He actively shares his knowledge as a lecturer at renowned institutions: Wyższa Szkoła Handlu i Finansów Międzynarodowych (MBA), Społeczna Akademia Nauk, Wyższa Szkoła Promocji and Instytut Audytu i Ewaluacji. In his teaching work, he draws on extensive experience gained as a director, management board adviser, management board member and supervisory board member in companies employing from several dozen to several thousand people. He is also a respected author, having co-authored books and publications in the field of sociology, as well as numerous academic articles.
Since 2012, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Instytut Biznesu – an organization founded by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, offering support in areas including management, improving efficiency, raising capital, connecting business partners, restructuring, bankruptcy and stock market listings. The Instytut Biznesu received the “Obiektyw Gospodarczy” award – an important distinction confirming the broad recognition of its activities in support of entrepreneurship.
He stands out not only for his extensive experience, but also for his ethical approach to business, as confirmed by the certificate awarded by the Polski Instytut Dyrektorów. As a lecturer, he passes on practical and theoretical knowledge based on real-world experience to successive generations of managers. Under his leadership, the Institute has become a valued source of support for entrepreneurs, both in Poland and internationally.
Mirosław Koźlakiewicz
He is a distinguished figure in the Polish economy and a graduate of the Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie, who built from the ground up one of the largest companies in Poland’s poultry industry – Grupę Cedrob. His professional journey is an example of exceptional consistency and business acumen: from running a family farm to managing a company that became a major player in the food market.
As the long-standing Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cedrob, and previously President of the Management Board, he contributed to the company’s development and strengthened its market position, creating jobs and supporting Polish entrepreneurship. For many years, he successfully led Grupą Cedrob, transforming it into a Polish food industry powerhouse and making a significant contribution to strengthening the position of the Polish poultry sector internationally. His visionary approach and ability to make strategic decisions established the company’s reputation as a reliable and responsible business partner.
He also shared his knowledge and experience in public life, serving with distinction as a Member of the Sejm for four terms. For many years, he sat on parliamentary committees, representing the interests of Polish agriculture and the food industry, and from 1999 to 2001 he served as Secretary of State at the Kancelaria Prezesa Rady Ministrów.
His commitment to the company’s development went hand in hand with concern for the local community, as demonstrated by his charitable activities and support for educational and sporting initiatives. He continues his remarkable contribution to the national economy and society as Chairman of the University Council of the Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Ciechanowie, actively supporting the development of higher education and helping to shape future generations of professionals.
